HybrIT's team is group of passionate IT people from all different backgrounds. But it's not all just technical skills we look for, we want to expand by finding new team members who share a vision for tech and how we can deliver outcomes for customers. Paul Forkgen, our founder and CEO, started the business with a simple vision of building a portfolio of customers through IT Channel Partnerships and direct relationships with customers. Paul and the HybrIT Leadership Team all share this vision. However, we recognise that we can’t deliver our services without our people. The HLT have all come from long careers working in the IT sector and have seen first-hand how talented employees can excel in their career, given the right nurture and management, bright minds coupled with hard work can lead to amazing things.
Our culture is not driven by profit and sales, whilst we want to grow the business, we have a strong focus on retaining our staff as every person plays a crucial role. Whilst we have a team of Directors, the management structure within HybrIT is one that centres around making sure our staff are happy in what they do, not just monitoring performance.
We believe by employing the right people with the right attitude will only strengthen what we already have. We look after our team, listen to them and create an atmosphere of respect without typical office politics.
