Different types of Teams Room System licenses from Microsoft
There are three different types of Microsoft Teams room system licenses:

Microsoft Teams Rooms - This license is designed for customers who already have devices that are certified for Teams Rooms and want to use them in their meeting spaces. This license provides access to the Teams Rooms app and enables users to join meetings, share content, and collaborate with other Teams users.

Microsoft Teams Rooms Premium - This license includes all the features of the standard Teams Rooms license but also provides additional capabilities such as one-touch join, proximity detection, and dual screen support. It is intended for customers who require a higher level of functionality and performance from their Teams Rooms devices.

Microsoft Teams Rooms for VDI - This license is designed for customers who use virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI) and want to use Teams Rooms devices within their VDI environments. It enables users to connect to Teams meetings and share content from within their VDI sessions.

It's worth noting that these licenses are in addition to the Microsoft Teams licenses that are required for users to access Teams functionality. To use Teams Rooms, users must have a valid Teams license, and administrators must configure the Teams Rooms system to use the appropriate license.
