Join the Journey
Horizons is designed to help you learn, grow and gain confidence from day one. You do not need years of experience or expert knowledge before you join. What matters most is your attitude, curiosity and willingness to learn.

You will gain recognised qualifications while gaining real workplace experience, working alongside experienced colleagues who are there to support, mentor and guide you. As you develop your technical skills, you will also build confidence, communication, teamwork and problem-solving skills that will help you throughout your career.
You do not need to have your future mapped out or know all the answers. We will help you discover your strengths, develop new skills and find the path that is right for you.

Whether you're leaving school or college at the start of summer, or you're ready to head straight into the world of work later in the year, both cohorts provide the chance to earn while you learn, gain real workplace experience, develop new skills and build confidence in a supportive environment.

Life at HybrIT
Life at HybrIT is about more than work. You'll be part of a supportive team that values learning, collaboration and having fun along the way. When you're not developing new skills, you can make use of our on-site gym, relax in the staff room with a game of pool or table tennis, challenge colleagues on the games consoles, or join the team for our regular Friday lunches. It's a place where careers grow, friendships form and every day is an opportunity to learn something new.

Located in Northampton, HybrIT is ideally placed for local apprentices, with convenient access by car and public transport. Whether you're travelling from Northampton itself or the surrounding towns and villages, getting to work is simple and straightforward. With easy road links, nearby bus routes and on-site parking, you can spend less time commuting and more time focusing on learning, developing new skills and enjoying your career journey.
