More than just a lease
Providing a full Microsoft Surface end-to-end solution is much more than just spreading the cost of buying new hardware. HybrIT are a Gold Surface Partner and deliver a true Surface-as-a-Service offering, focusing on delivering an excellent end user experience whilst streamlining the procurement and deployment process for your IT department.
Flexible hardware choices
Finding the right specification or combination of accessories for your workforce can be tricky. As a Gold Microsoft Surface Partner, HybrIT will work with you to understand your workforce, and identify the most suitable hardware for different types of users. This is then aligned to an affordable commercial model offering a number of plans to incorporate the hardware costs and wrap around services.
Staging and deployment
HybrIT have extensive experience deploying large numbers of devices to end users, taking full advantage of tools such as Intune and Autopilot, guaranteeing a smooth process for end users, ensuring positive perception of IT Service delivery within your organisation. With the added use of the Microsoft Power Platform, we can present a self-service replacement programme for eligible end users, reducing overall click-to-desk time. Once they have chosen their slot, they will receive a brand new device straight from stock, which then fully configures and deploys itself, with all critical applications, policies and data.
Ongoing support
Our Surface-as-a-Service support models can be designed around your existing IT service delivery model. You may have a full internal IT desktop support team and wish to simply purchase and deploy new machines or, like many clients, you may wish to take advantage of HybrIT’s Managed Services team, providing direct support for every user, wherever they happen to work from. There is no single model that will work for every organisation, so we can spend time understanding how to deliver the right service for you, concentrating keeping end user productivity levels to a high level.

Tackling digital poverty with Microsoft Surface
In a bid to tackle digital poverty Middlesbrough College partnered with HybrIT Services to offer Surface devices to around 4,500 new starters on a full-time course, which they will use on campus and at home while they gain their qualification.
HybrIT delivered an end-to-end solution, covering all aspects of the requirement, including supplying and preparing the Surface devices, design and delivery of Azure Virtual Desktop services, device management and asset tracking.
