Subject to the contract schedule which has been supplied, the following matrix defines the supported products and software under an agreement. All support is underpinned by vendor support lifecycle which are referenced where possible in each section.

Unfortunately Apple do not have a published schedule of end dates but there are sites maintained by 3rd parties which can be used for reference.

Mobile Devices

Any devices running Google Android or Apple IOS are classed as mobile devices and do not have full support under this schedule.

Windows 365 - A Windows 365 virtual desktop will be classed as a full client device.

 

Thin clients which may utilise Android variants or a Windows IOT will need to be covered under a relevant VDI based schedule.

​Based on the configuration Item being fully manged the demarcation point being the Operating system any applications or server functions beyond the base operating system are not supported.
