We are delighted and proud to announce that Lewis Baybutt, from HybrIT’s Power Platform Practice, has been awarded MVP status by Microsoft, making him the youngest person in the world to receive this coveted accolade.
Microsoft’s MVP (Most Valuable Professional) status is a title held by a small number of people in the world, we are extremely proud that Lewis has been recognised and joins Pieter Veenstra, another MVP in the Power Platform Practice here at HybrIT.
MVPs are technology experts who share knowledge and consistently contribute to their technology communities. They have a passion for their technology spaces and the community efforts they carry out through a range of activities they may choose to embark on such as blogging, speaking, GitHub sample contributions or through other activities. They engage in these activities alongside having very deep knowledge of Microsoft products and services, especially focused in their technology practices.
Lewis has been very active in the tech community, sharing his knowledge and experience in real world application of technologies within the Power Platform. He started his community activities through a webcast led by Microsoft's Dona Sarkar, where he discussed his work within education and has since continued his community work through extensive blogging, event speaking, workshops, mentoring, event organisation and more.
This year Lewis is engaging in a challenge to complete #365PostsIn365Days through his blog “Low Code Lewis” where he shares technical and non-technical knowledge in the Microsoft Business Applications space, covering broad topics from Power Apps to wider Power Platform strategy, CoE, organisation admin and governance. We’re thrilled Lewis is able to share his experiences when delivering projects as a Consultant at HybrIT.
At HybrIT, 2 of our Power Platform practice team are Microsoft MVPs, who engage in various activities such as speaking at events like Microsoft Ignite, as well as our own, such as the Microsoft & HybrIT Modern Campus event. The Practice also includes other Power Platform and Microsoft 365 delivery consultants who are subject matter experts in their fields.
